About Us
About Us
Established in Singapore in 2005, Communications Network Asia began as a corporate Learning & Development provider for the hospitality industry. Since then, it has grown to be much, much more.
The principals at Communications Network Asia are actively involved with each assignment and have developed an extended network of past clients and participants throughout the Asia Pacific region.
“Our business training courses combine modern theory with an experiential learning style enabling participants to take a fun, highly interactive role in their ‘learning’ experience. Whenever possible, industry-specific example and case studies are used to illustrate the core concepts. And all courses are designed with the principles of adult learning in mind.”
Communication Network Asia has continued to adapt and remained relevant. In Learning & Development, the emphasis has shifted from classroom sessions to O2O – a combination of online & offline experiences. Based on the clients’ needs and the location of the participants, O2O can take many forms.
For example, a popular model has the consultant and core group of the participants on-site with remote attendees participating via Teams or Zoom. In other situations, participates attend remotely in an interactive webinar format.
Initially focused on globally recognised hotel operators, our list of clients now includes food concept start-ups, publishing and brand affiliation providers. The core of Learning & Development has also expanded to include bespoke Consulting, tailored to address the specific needs of each clients.
“Ours is a people-oriented industry. It is most rewarding when celebrating the achievements of others if you have been part of their growth and development process.’’
